What "The Final Run" Includes:

One Month Before Your Event: We kickstart the process by meeting with you to discuss your vision and delve into the details of your event. If possible, we'll arrange a site visit to your chosen venue, ensuring that every aspect aligns with your dreams. Plus, you'll gain exclusive access to our layout program, simplifying communication and ensuring that your event's setup matches your vision.

Day-Of Perfection: On the big day (or the evening before, for pre-event setup), our dedicated team swings into action. We work tirelessly to ensure that every element is placed meticulously, creating a picture-perfect atmosphere. Consider us your extra set of hands, reliable support, and keen eye for detail, allowing you to stay stress-free and fully immersed in your moment.

Vendor Coordination: We'll seamlessly liaise with your vendors, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and executing your vision flawlessly. From catering to entertainment, we've got it covered.

Timeline Management: Sticking to your event timeline is crucial, and we take this responsibility seriously. "The Final Run" package includes expert timeline management, making sure that your event flows smoothly and according to plan.

Important Note: While we handle setup, vendor coordination, and timeline management, please be aware that "The Final Run" does not include cleanup services.

Destination Package

Let us help you with your Alaska Adventure to be all it can be.
Our mission is for you to enjoy every moment of you Alaska Adventure, we will take care of the details for you!
Our services include Setup, Day of coordination, interaction with your vendors and assistance sticking to the timeline of your event.

Assistance with finding vendors and working as your liaison with vendors.
Receiving and holding packages that you would like to ship ahead of time.

If location is outside of Commuting area lodging and travel will be discussed between client and WWEP.
